Challenges, FAN show, Shop Hop and Virtual Quilt Festival! Woohoo!

 Congrats to the prize winners from last year's challenge, Let's Get Sewing. The following names were drawn at our October Zoom meeting: Lee M., Nancy R., Gwenda M., Joyce H., Carlinda D., and Candace B.  Rules for this year's Initials Challenge have been sent out by email. One item we neglected (okay, FORGOT!) to mention with the details for the Initials Challenge, we would like to "reveal" all entries together at the APRIL meeting. So if you have already finished your Initials Challenge piece, please do not submit it for Show and Tell now, but rather, hold it until April. Thanks! 

Have you been to see the FAN Show yet at the UNB Art Centre? It can be viewed online, but an "in person" visit is sooo much better! Details are in the sidebar. Remember you must "register" to visit in person - open on Sunday afternoons only. 

There is an  online Shop Hop happening this week - ten Canadian quilt shops are participating in the From Sea to Sea Online Shop Hop - one in each province (including our own Andrea at The Quilting Shed!) Let's support our Canadian businesses!!! If you spend $50. or more (before tax and shipping) at a shop, you'll get a ballot for the big prize draw at that shop - a $100. shopping coupon. This shop hop runs all this week, finishing Saturday Nov. 21.
